I'm I'm Welcome to a new year and another episode of home visit with Tyler Siski and the Associates.

We're riding solo today. I don't think what I can make an announcement today, but we're riding solo today. Our good friend, DJ Elliott, is out of pocket. Hopefully next week we'll have an announcement, an official announcement to make, but he's out of pocket today. I want to say happy New Year to everyone. I hope everybody got some good family time, which we did.

As a family, got to spend a lot of time with the kiddos and then over the last couple weeks.

And I hope everybody enjoyed the bowl games. It was a ton of fun. And by the way, I do want to tell everybody,

we went on a little family vacation to Gatlinburg this past week, extremely

underrated.

Like if you are in the southeast and need a family getaway, I highly encourage Gatlinburg and

we are in Dalywood.

So we stayed at the Dalywood Resort and went to Dollywood.

It's kind of, it's a little bit better than Six Flags.

Almost, it's just a little step, I think, under Disney World, had a ton of stuff for the kids.

I was really surprised.

I showed up, thought I was going to, you know, pitch a couple balls and try to win some dumbest, win some stuffed animals or something,

ride a roller coaster too.

They had like 10 or 11 roller coasters.

I mean, it was crazy.

And some good ones in a lot of shows.

So very impressed with Dollywood.

So if you are looking for a family getaway,

I highly encourage it.

Did a little snow tubing on the fake snow. And it was 7070 degrees yesterday when we left.

And drove coming back home, drove through a front, woke up this morning, 27 degrees, snow on the
