Actually I've been following Clay, you for a long time.

And so yeah, we just decided we knew that the business coaching was there for us and we just kind of put it aside and put it aside and said

all right we're going to do it yes we came to you when we were doing close to five hundred

thousand dollars in in construction sales and now we're over over one million so far this year and we're looking at probably close to

two million by the year end so it's been amazing actually we we we have over 10 employees now

and everything's just kind of just clicking along.

Zero to a bunch.

I think we had probably 20 or 30 within just this last month, you know, of calls that came

in from Google.

So it's invaluable.

I mean, we've changed so much because of that

with that website everybody sees that and they say wow that's a very professional you know and

so I we do we get critiqued quite a bit about it and it is very very important to have for sure

we live in Casper Wyoming Wyoming, and we do, we'll go to Glen Rock and Douglas. And a matter of fact, I have just this last couple weeks gotten several

calls from Glen Rock and Douglas because they have no contractors there. So, yeah, I'm reaching out

to them. And it's pretty local. Everything

else around here is quite a ways away, so that's pretty much it for us.

It's been huge. And I never did before, but we are constantly now every week and thankful

for the coaching because every week we're on top

of that getting everything in. So, no, it's been really good because I can see everything as far

as where we have been and where we're going. So coaching is very important. And just a couple of years ago, everything was in
