financial freedom. On today's show we're going to talk about home prices are again at

all-time highs. Now a lot of people have been saying that home prices were

going to crash, the housing market was over,

ever since interest rates started increasing, we definitely have seen problems in the housing market,

but people have adjusted to higher rates and sometimes the rates have fluctuated a bit lower,

and between that and limited inventory, we still have a strong housing market.

Home prices in February jumped 6.4% year over year, which was on

top of a January gain of 6%, according to S&P Core logic. It was the fastest rate of price growth since November of

2022. When you look at the 10 city composite of real estate prices, it rose 8% up

from a 7.4% increase in the previous month.

The 20 city composite index saw an annual gain of 7.3% up from a 6.6% advance in January.

So this means that U.S. home prices are at or near all-time highs.
