| 0:55.3 | ever since interest rates started increasing, we definitely have seen problems in the housing market, |
| 1:00.5 | but people have adjusted to higher rates and sometimes the rates have fluctuated a bit lower, |
| 1:06.5 | and between that and limited inventory, we still have a strong housing market. |
| 1:12.0 | Home prices in February jumped 6.4% year over year, which was on |
| 1:16.7 | top of a January gain of 6%, according to S&P Core logic. It was the fastest rate of price growth since November of |
| 1:24.8 | 2022. When you look at the 10 city composite of real estate prices, it rose 8% up |
| 1:31.6 | from a 7.4% increase in the previous month. |
| 1:35.2 | The 20 city composite index saw an annual gain of 7.3% up from a 6.6% advance in January. |
| 1:44.0 | So this means that U.S. home prices are at or near all-time highs. |
