Nothing calls for doing. Take a moment to simply arrive. Let the world around you loosen, like a calm river, reflecting only spaciousness, carrying you towards a rhythm

that asks for nothing but presence. So take a slow deep breath in here and let it travel all the way down to the base of your spine.

And as you exhale, feel yourself descend into this body, into the quiet terrain that holds your

life. Notice how it feels to arrive here. Every body carries its own landscape,

mountains and valleys of sensation, streams of breath, winds of emotion, the weather system

entirely your own.

And yet beneath all these shifting climates,

there is a steadiness, a ground that has never left you.

Allow your awareness to widen now,

as if your senses were branches stretching outward, reaching for the sunlight.

Every inhale gathers life, and every exhale releases what no longer needs tending.

You are made of the same earth that grows forests, the same minerals that shape the stone,

the same iron that once burned in the heart of a star.
