All right, welcome everybody. Day three of the Fast Forward Challenge. Little hiccup today, but we are back and appreciate each and every one of you.

Hey guys, how's your fast going? Drop number one in the

chat. If this is your three day, actually drop number three in the chat, if this is your third

day already and you are participating with us and you are going through persevering, drop number three

in the chat. If you are persevering, For me personally, today was kind of hard.

Waking up in the morning, just a little bit,

like very physically just tired.

But it's been great last few days.

But today, sometimes the third day is like easy.

And sometimes the third day is just like really hard and so it fits

just wow a lot of you guys are doing three days already and stuff so so when it

gets hard I just just drink more water and I just don't allow myself to get

these thoughts that,

oh, you know, God doesn't hear you, that this is just a waste of time

and all of that.

There's a thought that I always keep at the front of my mind,

and that is, you know, God sees those who fast in secret,

meaning God sees the fasting, even if I don't feel anything at those moments,

like there are moments where it just kind of feels hard,
