| 0:00.0 | Welcome, guys, to another YouTube live. |
| 0:23.6 | Today we're going to be talking about the holsters, the main product that we sell and the products that got T-Rex arms started. |
| 0:30.6 | I want to give a real quick history. We're actually going to do some dry fire. I've got a shot timer here. |
| 0:34.6 | And I'm actually going to show you guys how some of these holsters work, do some draws from concealment, also put on a belt and so possibly show some reload, some other things like that. We've got multiple cameras set up, but I've got light compatible holsters, suppressor holsters, a lot of different lights, a bunch of different stuff. I actually have more Ragnarocks here than I have sidecars. We'll talk through all the |
| 0:54.2 | little specifics on those, but real fast, I want to talk about some of the history. So I started |
| 0:58.3 | the company back in 2013. Before that, I was playing with Kidex. A few weird little designs. The first |
| 1:04.2 | thing I was actually making was a rifle mag carrier that was actually positioned lower on the leg. |
| 1:08.3 | I was finding that was a little faster than drawing a magazine |
| 1:10.8 | all the way up here on my belt, although now that's basically what I do. And it wasn't until my |
| 1:15.5 | fire chief asked, hey, could you make a holster for my Glock 17? Because I know you're kind of like |
| 1:20.1 | doing some kidexy stuff. And I said, sure. And so I made this abomination. At the time, I had some |
| 1:27.2 | foam that I literally stood on. So I had his Glock. I didn't |
| 1:31.7 | have a blue, actually no, I think I went and bought a blue gun. I didn't have his gun. I had a blue gun. |
| 1:35.8 | I put the Kidex over it. I literally stood on my press, which was two pieces of really cheap foam. |
| 1:41.4 | I didn't have the nice fancy stuff. And then I took a hacksaw, |
| 1:44.3 | because I didn't have a band saw, and I had to chop all around here. I did have a grommet press |
| 1:48.0 | because I needed that for the man carriers I was making on eBay. And then I kind of built this out. |
| 1:53.1 | I didn't know to fill in the injection ports. The retention on this was super tight. In fact, I do have a pistol here, a standard Glock, yep, here we go. Good to go. |
| 2:01.5 | And there's a piece of paper in here. |
| 2:03.4 | It's probably got like, yeah, it says first holster ever or whatever. |
| 2:07.1 | The retention on this is, oh, I guess I loosened it up. |
| 2:10.5 | But originally it was extremely tight because of the ejection port right here. |
