Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill has filed an emergency lawsuit against the

Biden-Harras administration over a Chinese migrant carrying a deadly form of TB.

Louisiana filed the emergency lawsuit after a Chinese migrant with a rare drug-resistant form of tuberculosis

entered the US illegally and may have exposed hundreds of detainees at two ice

facilities. The lawsuit warns that ice plans to release these potentially infected individuals into public spaces without medical clearance.

The state wants to require ICE and DHS to keep the people in custody until they receive a health clearance.

Tuberculosis carries a high mortality rate, so Louisiana is racing against the clock

to prevent a deadly outbreak. A new Wall Street Journal national poll shows Donald Trump leading Kamala Harris by two percentage points.
