If I could have only done it for eight, and maybe I can. We'll see. That's right. There's still

plenty of time. We've got a great show for you today, and we thought, you know, we've been talking

a lot in the last few weeks about distress and so forth. The next week we're going to talk

a commercial real estate, and that's ugly, right?

So we thought we'd do something just a little fun, a little different for Valentine's Day,

and that is take a look at the high end market.

You know, when we look at statistics and so forth, often we're talking about median home price

and what's happening in the average market.
