telling us about your career journey and how you got into PR really, you know, like the

whole thing. I really want to know from the beginning, if you can share that with us.

Of course, yeah. So, oh my gosh, it's been a long time now, I guess. But I'm originally

from Melbourne, Australia as some of your listeners might pick up on. You're beautiful

accent. Oh, thank you. I started my journey. I was obsessed, you know, with magazines

and I thought, you know, I'm going to be a beauty editor. I want to be a features magazine

writer. I was doing, I studied journalism at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia

with a minor in PR. And Sydney is kind of like the, I'm from Melbourne, but Sydney is kind

of like the New York in terms of where all the publishing houses were, herst, et cetera,

you know, so all the magazines are out of Sydney. So I used to fly up to Sydney and, you

know, I look back like just with fondly on I got to do work experience or what we call

an internship with Zoe Foster, who people in America now know as, you know, the founder

of GoToSkinCare. But she's a big beauty editor and author and, you know, just all around

amazing person in Australia. And so I was, you know, kind of interning for her and flying

up to do work experience and internships at Cosmo and Ok Magazine and, you know, all

the Australian versions of those titles. And, you know, I vividly remember, though,

hearing one of my online journalism classes, the lecture was just kind of doing the whole

doom and gloom. And this was, oh my gosh, like a long time ago, like 2009, maybe, you know,
