Holland is the artist otherwise known as Trevor D. Campman, who is described as a unique

blend of singer-songwriter, producer, musician, and as of late filmmaker. He has worked with

many artists, including cat power and explosions in the sky, though I don't know in what capacity.

The title of the song is a reference to a species of grass that's only commonly found in the

Midwestern prairie states. Campman says that he and his sister often played in French grass
