1:11.9	But every year, when we start heading into season, I always feel like it's coming too fast, I want to put it off, and I'm never ready for them.
1:14.7	A couple years ago, I remember hearing Christmas carols
1:17.6	right after Halloween, and I was furious.
1:21.2	You can't procrastinate anymore though,
1:23.8	because it's on.
1:25.2	We had Thanksgiving, and Hanukkah is so close, I can already smell
1:28.8	the oil. So we're going to start there today. My buddy David Nefeld is a terrific chef.
1:37.2	His restaurant is called Ke Fico in San Francisco, and it's an Italian restaurant with a focus
1:41.9	on the food of the Roman ghetto.
1:48.2	So he was in New York recently to be named one of Bon Appetit Magazine's best new restaurants of the year, and while he was in town, he'd drop by my place to show me how his family does potato pancakes.
