the oil. So we're going to start there today. My buddy David Nefeld is a terrific chef.

His restaurant is called Ke Fico in San Francisco, and it's an Italian restaurant with a focus

on the food of the Roman ghetto.

So he was in New York recently to be named one of Bon Appetit Magazine's best new restaurants of the year, and while he was in town, he'd drop by my place to show me how his family does potato pancakes.
