First up is my dad.

He is a former landlord and property owner and he's going to be answering questions about

real estate and apartment issues.

Then we're going to be talking to registered dietitian Andy Bellotti, who is going to

answer your questions about nutrition.

But after that, just to let you know,

we will be switching the podcast time to 10 a.m.

That's when it's going to be live.

It'll be 10 a.m. Pacific time.

So if you want to tune in live,

we thought this would be a little bit easier for you.

It's a little easier for us, too. So you can get in in the morning if you're on the West Coast. If you're in the Midwest, it's 12 p.m.

If you're on the East Coast, it's 1 p.m., which is, you know, lunchtime for most of America, I guess.

So hopefully we'll be able to see more of you and talk to more of you and answer more of your live questions then.
