Hello and welcome to Words Matter from the DSR Network.

This is a special week.

Norm Ornstein and I are doing a holiday edition and no matter what your holiday, even if

it's just celebrating the recent World Cup victory, which I have been doing norm in my household

because we're big, Leonel Messi fans, or you're getting ready for any number of holiday

gatherings.
