Sergeant Joshua Patrick Rogers, on April 27, 2017. Josh was just 22 years old. While serving

for the Army in Afghanistan, he was battling Islamic State loyalists, found himself caught in a friendly

fire situation.

The holidays aren't always easy for these families of fallen soldiers,

so during the season, Derek and the Rogers family come together

and use something as simple as Christmas lights to spread some holiday cheer and to honor Josh.
