We're going to be discussing holiday hacks, how to survive the holidays with joy.

But before we get to that, as you all know, we start with a crystal of the week and an animal of the week.

And if we have time, I want to finish the show with a couple of angel stories. And so I thought for the crystal of the week, I would discuss angelite, which is such a beautiful stone.

If you hold it, if you're lucky enough to have one, it looks like you're holding a piece of the sky. It's the color of sky blue, vained with beautiful white.

It's pretty easily obtained. It can be pricey, but I think it was it to add to your crystal repertoire because it has such a gentle calming energy.

I'm reading from Judy Hall's work. She says angelite is one of the stones of awareness for the new age. It represents peace.

It helps to facilitate conscious contact with the angelic realm. It also enhances telepathic communication and helps to enable actual journeying.

It's a powerful stone for healers because it deepens attunement and heightened perception. It also provides protection for the environment or the body.

It's formed from the celestial, which is also a really pretty stone that has been compressed over millions of years and it shares many properties with that stone.

Psychologically, angelite helps you to speak your truth, whatever that might be, because it's here about it to light blue stone so it's going to help with all the throat shock or stuff.

It also helps you to be more compassionate and accepting, especially of that, which cannot be changed.

It alleviates psychological pain and helps to counteract cruelty. Mentally, angelite has been used to enhance astrological understanding and to bring deeper understanding of mathematics.

Okay, that I did not know. I need to give that to my youngest child.

I don't know, but if I wish I didn't know that when I was in grad school.

I just hired my little Chloe, an amazing math tutor, but I'm going to add angel, I have a little angelic egg. I'm going to add that to her little homework center and I'll report back if it helps.

I have a big angel like it's beautiful. It's a beautiful stuff.

Isn't it? It helps facilitate telepathic contact between minds.

Spiritually angelite is filled with compassion. It transmutes pain and disorder into wholeness and healing, opening the way for spiritual inspiration.

It creates a deep feeling of peace and tranquility. It helps connect to universal knowledge and raise awareness. It helps to facilitate the re-bursing process, stimulating healing and opening up psychic channeling.

It's just a beautiful stone. Judy also says it's useful in weight control.
