I don't tell people what I what I think they want to hear. Judge Brown Jackson is going to become Supreme Court justice Brown Jackson.

I think there's no chance of anything other than that happening.

Now that doesn't mean that Republicans shouldn't press on her judicial philosophy and the decision she made while she was on the bench.

That's all absolutely fair games should be done and the American people should get a sense of it.

This is why we have these confirmation hearings so there can be questions asked and we can be sure that this is a person who is right for the job a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.

Now there's politics involved in this of course.

Democrats are very much in favor of this. Republicans maybe one or two or a handful will vote in favor.

But many of them realize that Judge Brown Jackson while qualified from a resume and a professional accomplishment standpoint.

Is a leftist and an activist on the court and is going to rule in ways that shred the Constitution just a little bit.
