Summary

In this repeat episode we’re talking about holding space for the “ugly” days—the ones where life just feels messy. Maybe you do the same thing as yesterday, but it still feels off. And if we need space to have an ugly day then guess what? So do our kids. Let’s normalize not loving every single moment. Stop fighting the feeling—there’s always tomorrow, or even later today. It’s okay if things don’t change. Bad days happen… for you, and for your kids. And that’s completely fine.

I think it's, I don't know why we don't embrace that more. And why can't our kids? It doesn't mean our kids are like low self. It's one thing if they're every day, low self. It's another thing if they don't like something that day. I get it. I totally get that. I have those days too. normalize that we don't all have

Just imagine. It's like you're... Imagine it, and it did. You're in charge of the things that happen you're in charge of your own destiny
