today's edition of the podcast. And I'm told the numbers are going to be up today because we

were covered up on the

live feed by some soccer coverage on our satellite radio home, which happens from time to time.

That's part of the deal. They put some soccer games on there, but it helps out the podcast

number, so I'm not that upset by it at all. So those of you that missed the opening monologue,

I think you can guess what the opening Mallor monologue was about.

It was a lot of Schadenfreude regarding the Astros' demise, at least in game six, the

nationals have punched back against the Houston Astros.

It's Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Game 6, controversy, drama,

showmanship, apologies, the whole deal in Game 6 of the World Series. And we will tell you

all about that. Also, the NCAA has folded and they will let players get paid. What does that

mean in the real world?

The Bengals have sent Andy Dalton to football Siberia, although I think many would agree that playing in Cincinnati these days is like being in Siberia anyway.

But they made a move with Andy Dalton.

And the NFL trade deadline, a lot of hyperbole, a lot of excitement about that.
