Good morning, guys. How are you? Good morning, Bill. I'm curious. Do you know how many games, football games

you've called now during your career as the play by play? Well, we go back to 1988. So that's a

long time. Just about when you guys started, right? Well, we were graduating high school in 88.

Some of us graduated college. Some of us graduated college in 92. Others took, you know,

extra semester or two or four. That sounds like a shot. So we started the TV show in 95. That's

right. That's right. Well, that kind of coincided with Virginia Tech really winning then. How's that?

So that when the junks went on the air, but you know what's interesting is that these Thursday night

games back in the 90s and early 2000s, those are the games that kind of burst tech nationally.

Virginia Tech won 11 straight Thursday night primetime games at one point with the Angela Hall

runner around and Mike Vic and those guys. And it really helped. Now that was before there were a

lot of midweek games. It was before the NFL moved to Thursday night and it was Toreco and Herbstreet

and Corso on the call. And you look at the numbers and there'd be like three million people, four

million people watch the game. It's not that impactful anymore, but it's a great way to start the

college football weekend. You know, when you win the Thursday game, you just sit back on Saturday and

watch everybody else beat the heck out of each other and sit on the couch like a regular fan and watch

the games. Yeah, Bill described the vibe at Lane Stadium on the Thursday night because way back

in the day when dinosaurs roamed the earth and I was in college Thursday night was the big party night.
