For more than five years and 1,500 shows, I had the chance to sit next to someone who has been so much more than a co-host to me.

Hoda Koppi is the friend who believed in me from the very beginning, who I celebrated every milestone with,

and who's been there through all ups and downs. We've shared constant laughter, soul-affirming

conversations, and early mornings that turned into unforgettable moments. Hoda is the ultimate cheerleader

for me, for our viewers, and for anyone lucky enough to cross her path.

She helped people live their purpose, whisper their dreams out loud, and find joy in the small things.

When Hoda left the Today Show earlier this year, it was a decision rooted in love for her family, for her next chapter, and for the kind of life she's creating now.

A life full of intention, growth, and joy.

Since then, she's launched Joy 101, a beautiful app that's already inspiring so many people to live life more fully.

And she's just released a brand new book, Jump and Find Joy. It's honest, hopeful, and so

very Hoda. In it, she shares wisdom about the leaps we all face, whether it's a career shift,

moving to a new home, or just stepping into a new chapter. Hoda has always been someone who

and at 61, she's living fully in her truth,
