Greg Washensky, we already know that you will go to the ends of the earth for the game of hockey,

but after that Edmonton Florida series last season, have you ever in your life traveled as much as you did during that seven game Stanley Cup finals?

You know, direct flights between South Florida and Alberta in short supply, I have to admit.

Surprisingly.

A lot of connections, maybe sometimes double connections.

It was, I think we'll all remember from that Stanley Cup final mostly is the juxtaposition between staying at a hotel that faced like the

beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale and then sitting in my hotel room by myself

housing a personal pizza because there's no restaurants anywhere near me in

Edmonton, Alberta.

That's probably the thing.

Well I guess also it went game seven after a free-nothing rally.

That was pretty exciting too, but mostly the beach and the pizza is what I'll remember.

It wasn't just the distance between Edmonton and Miami that made last season's

Stanley Cup final epic. Connor McDavid, the biggest star in the game, nearly led

his Oilers back from a three-nothing deficit but in the end

Florida Panthers once the laughing stock of the league took the title in a decisive

game seven.

So today with a new NHL season getting underway, Greg Wishinsky is here to help us get
