I know that probably bugs some of you out there from some of the reaction and some of the questions I got today from fans.

But I am still employed.

And if you don't like that and would like to see me removed, you can continue

reaching out to the owners of Hawkeye Nation.

If you feel that strongly about it, I would encourage that.

And maybe you can give them reasons why I should no longer be employed.

But I have talked to them.

And we have worked through some things and we will be moving forward as long as they will have me.

And if they don't have me and the way I've covered this Iowa football story is the reason

I lose my job, then I'm okay with that.

And I'll find something else to do.

This isn't life and death to me.

It's college football.

I haven't been fired yet. I'm going to start on our message boards because there's only a couple

questions on there. I don't think I don't think people are real happy with me on the Hawkeye
