A little off the cuff, I didn't know where this morning Rob Ferrero.

What a good looking fella. We moved we're kind of this is one of my

admin's offices were using because I have stuff all over my desk.

But we were having a conversation like, you know what dude, we should go live with this conversation.

I'm actually just holding up the camera on my phone and to give you guys, I should have just done this on my computer, but it's too late now.

We're just having a discussion about like, you know, people's mindsets when they're coming out and doing an

addiction is going through his program here and some of the thoughts that new guys

get versus the more senior guys and knowing the dynamic of your police

department. One of those conversations was, you know, the game of being a high-level interdiction person or somebody goes out and gets good results, doesn't have to equal if you can hit a track.

A lot of people get confused and they think, oh I got to learn how to get

traps to get good arrests. And look, knowing traps and taking Brad's class and

TJ's class and all these other classes that will teach you about hidden

compartments and traps, it's a great thing to know.
