Journal. Hello, Liz. Hello, Justin. Big week. Andrew Painter made his AAA debut on Thursday.

We're going to talk about that with our friend Mitch Rupert in a bit. Then as the Phillies head to

Cleveland this weekend, I sat down with author Luke Epplin and talked about his book on Cleveland's

1948 World Series Championship entitled Our Team, The epic story of four men and the World Series

that changed baseball. But first, we got that comeback win against the race that we did not get

against the Diamondbacks, didn't we, Liz? Indeed. Anybody looking to check that box had it well

checked yesterday as the Phillies did manage to finish off the raise?

And I gotta say, I gotta say that, you know, our last episode we talked a lot about Phillies defense.

And I zeroed in on, you know, up the middle, which is typically considered the spine of your defense, catcher, double play combo in center field.

And, well, you know, there was always going to be flaws that this team is capable of,

especially probably on defense more so than other areas.

But just about everybody involved in that conversation played some kind of role yesterday or in the series at large in a very cool and notable way in regards to

J.T. Real Muto throwing out his, I believe, eighth and ninth base Steelers of the season, including

one that was part of a clutch, strike him out, throw him out, double play. Johan Rojas showed off how

much of a monster he can be on the bases with his speed.

Brandon Marsh's bat is heating up since he came back.

And, uh, I'm not even going to give Trey Turner some credit here.

There was a play early in that game.

Maybe the second inning.
