Allen's birthday to you as well. A happy Dick Allen's birthday to you. I didn't even know it was today.

I feel so special and lucky. Yeah, Dick Allen's birthday, I'm reminded, of course, of the time he hit

a 520 foot home run over the Coca-Cola sign at Connie Mac Stadium.

It just reminds me a lot of current Phillies baseball. Today's game, having wrapped up just moments before we started recording the Phillies, logging a 6-3 victory over the Houston Astros. Well, not the Houston Astros.

A collection of gentlemen wearing Houston Astros jerseys played the Phillies who largely

looked like a close resemblance to their opening day lineup with some exceptions.

We had Schwarber, Turner, Harper, Real Mut harper real mutos dot boom and castianos all

getting at bats today uh i believe they all got three and i was thinking as i was uh keeping score

in my score book um right around the sixth inning when it exploded and all of the defensive replacements were made and the Astros were replacing hitters.

And you had all these younger guys come into the game that we were just at that part of spring training where the starters aren't just getting one at bat and then they're out anymore.

It's, you know, it's three at bats, getting a little more exposed.

And Tom McCarthy asked Trey Turner. Hey, bats, getting a little more exposed. And Tom McCarthy

asked Trey Turner, hey, you guys looked a little more aggressive out there today. You know,

was that a choice you guys made? And he was like, no, I were just like at that part of spring

training where we are, you know, we're going from a walk into a light jog. And then the jog
