Hello, Justin. Sorry about that. I was muted because I needed to take a drink of water.

Then I forgot about it. Hello, everyone. Well, speaking of muting ourselves, I figured we'd open

with everybody's favorite topic across Major League Baseball, the Oakland Athletics moving to Las Vegas, a situation full of just good vibes and just general pleasantries from all sides.

And yesterday, that story took another step forward as the owners have approved the Oakland Athletics move to Las Vegas.

There are other, apparently, trap doors that could delay this process.

But in general, I feel like the, we basically went from a 98 to 99% chance.

This is going to happen with all 30 MLB owners, including John Middleton,

supporting the John Fisher, the owner of the A's move to Las Vegas.

It is considered largely official that they are now relocating.

Fisher said in a statement after the vote,

I want to express my gratitude to the owners and commissioner for their thoughtful deliberation and positive votes in favor of our relocation to Las Vegas.

Thoughtful deliberation, meaning the amount of time it took you to say yes immediately when the question was asked, should this be allowed to happen?

Fisher continued, we are excited to begin this next chapter in Vegas.
