Justin, hello. Hello, Liz. This is a beautiful fall weekend. The Phillies have

eliminated the Atlanta Braves from the postseason in the NLDS last night after wandering a bit

through the, through the playoffs, losing game two, causing some doubts to stir up among

the Phillies fan base, but no more than the doubt that has been infecting the Atlanta Braves

organization and the many, many excuses they had for failures they had not even achieved until

last night. It was a, boy, it was a theatrical series, it was a dramatic series, it was the third time

the Braves and Phillies have met in the postseason, and the third time the Phillies have emerged victorious,

and the third time that the Braves were projected to do so.

So it's another one of those really just awesome feel-good playoff series victories we're getting used to around here.

And I mean, Liz, by the time they threw the final pitch yesterday, they appealed down to first base and got the third strike call for Matt Strom, and they all got to celebrate on the field.

By that point, how would you describe your mental state?

My mental state, in general now, sorry.

Yeah, it was, it was quite the watch.

I'll give you that.

Like that game, that game last night, I transcended to a new level of stress where I think there were direct

physical impacts on my health.

When Acuna hit that base-as-loaded ball to the fence, that was absolutely, that took life

out of me.

I really, my angle was bad on that, so I couldn't even really see the end of the play. I just had to go by the crowd reaction.
