Prince George's County. And he is seen in this video, hugging a woman, putting her in the back

seat of the cruiser. Actually, she goes into the back seat of the cruiser herself. And I was

reading a little bit more NBC Washington.com has an article with the guy who took the video.

And his name is Nelson Achoa. And it's at the South Lawn Park in Oxon Hill. And he said,

he didn't know why he started recording it, but he recorded the video. And then later, he says

that this is, quote, he said, we couldn't believe what we were seeing. And what really made us go,

wow, this is crazy. Is when the car started rocking a little bit to the left and right.

Oh, wow. That's when we were like, this is crazy in broad daylight with crazy. This is crazy.

This is crazy. This is crazy. And then he says after about 35 to 40 minutes, the officer and the

woman quickly drove away in different directions. Well, apparently what was going on was
