1:35.6	But its history had started far from the shores of Tunisia, and long before, Roman even existed.
1:45.8	Far to the east, in the Levant, this is the page of history we are going to explore tonight.
1:52.8	You certainly have heard of Phoenicia, an ancient civilization from the Middle East,
1:58.7	oriented towards the sea that dominated trade in this part of the world,
2:01.0	3,000 years ago, and founded colonies all around the Mediterranean Sea,
