Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on Talk TV. It is a

delicious Friday morning, ladies and gentlemen. We have got plenty to talk about because, of course,

apart from anything else, the migrant problem is still front and the centre of every single newspaper this

morning. We find out that despite a load of money being given to the French, billions and billions of pounds, to be precise, they're actually stopping fewer migrants than they're

used to. So I don't think they've quite understood. I think the French have got it wrong.

They've decided that for every pound we give them, they send us a migrant. So unfortunately,

by about the end of 2030, there'll be a couple of billion migrants actually living in Oxford. I don't know why they're doing

it this way, but that's the way they're doing it. Richard Tyson is here with me, talk TV's very own man.

He's been out in a dinghy, actually not a dinghy. You've got a slightly bigger dirigible than

that. He's not out on the channel us on one of the hotels which is being used

to house migrants and a really murky tale there is there as well. We'll also be looking

into the latest from the British Museum. The weird theft of some millions and millions of

pounds worth of coins and precious objects. Nobody knows what was taken. Nobody knows when it was

taken and nobody knows why it was taken.

And just to add insults or injury, the police don't even know where any of the stuff is.

But don't worry, they're very confident that they're on to the man that is going to be

caught for it.

A bloke's been named, and he's been fired by the British Museum, but he says he didn't do it.

So it's all very, very odd. My suggestion is to get Nacker of the Yard into the ancient Egyptian section

of the Metropolitan Police

to see if it could work any better

than any other part of it.
