But there was big news in the college sports world this week.

In fact, I'm not even sure it's getting as much attention as it probably should be, given the magnitude.

That's the transfer rule, the transfer proposal that's first the Big Ten proposed it.

The ACC came out this week, said they endorse it, and now the actual NTA transfer working group, transfer waiver working group.

Basically, they want to get rid of these waivers that have been causing so much

consternation in the last couple years and just give every football and basketball

player a one-time exception, as long as they're in good academic standing, transfer,

play right away.

Obviously, that would be a game changer.

There's no person on the face of the earth more qualified to talk about this than Thomas
