1:18.0	First introduced by Congressman George E. Brown in 1968, it was only a week-long celebration
1:25.2	until President Ronald Reagan extended the celebration to a full month
1:29.8	in 1988. But why the 15th of September? Because this date marks the independence
1:36.2	anniversaries of many Latin American countries like Costa Rica, El Salvador, and more. Followed by

1:46.7	During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the history, culture, and contributions
