This is the greatest hour to follow Jesus.

I was drawn this morning.

I'm learning. I shouldn't say I've learned, but I'm learning to value desire when I'm alone with the Lord.

And it's very important to learn the ways of the Holy Spirit while you're with the Lord.

I've heard some people say that feeling the Lord is not important.

I know what they're trying to say. We do not live by the physical

feeling. But if I can get it, I want it. I said, if I can have it, I want it.

It's very easy to call faith a life that is unaware of the presence of God.

And so we just call it faith because we want that term to mask the fact that our heart is

numb and callous. That's not faith at all. In fact, the Bible calls the Holy Spirit the Spirit of

faith. So the Spirit himself, who is a person, can be known. And to be honest with you,

he is the only member of the godhead here on earth.

I'm going to say that again. The Holy Spirit is the only member of the Godhead that is here on earth.

You say, well, I thought Jesus is here. He is here by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father.

But Jesus said, it's better that I go away, but don't worry, don't freak out.

I will not leave you as an orphan.

I'm going to send another comforter.

That word is paraclitos, periclete. It's where we get the word parallel from.

He is literally the one who stands parallel to us. He stands next to us. And he does all sorts of

amazing stuff. Like for instance, Jesus said, he will remind you of everything I said.
