Titus chapter two and the title of our message tonight is really cool.

It's a title we get from verse 14 of Titus two and the title is His Own Special People.

His own Special People.

Our text tonight is Titus 2 versus 11 through 14.

Smack dab in the middle of his pastoral letter

to his young disciple Titus,

we find the Apostle Paul, of course, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God,

he gives this incredible description of the people of God, the church, the very bride of Christ, that we are his own special people.

And to be up front and honest with you all tonight,

tonight's message is exclusively for the Christ follower.

If you happen to be unredeemed tonight, if you are a non-believer and you manage to end up in this place or you are watching online,

and you still stand in a position of guiltiness

before Almighty God because your sin has yet to be forgiven.

Then I want you to know at any point

during this sermon, you can call on the name of Jesus you can

repent you can change your mind and you can believe in the gospel you can put your

faith and your trust in Christ it is not too late and once

you have done that you can enjoy all the benefits of good God Almighty, right?

You can enjoy the benefits, the specific

encouragements that we're going to look at tonight.

Tonight, we're going to learn five specific characteristics of the special people of Christ Jesus.
