Psalm chapter 148. I'm just going to read the whole thing and I just want you to feel the wonder

and the majesty, the breadth of God's praise over all creation. This is one of my favorite

songs. Just triumph and praise the Lord, praise the Lord from the heavens, praise him in the heights

above, praise him all his angels, praise him all his heavenly hosts, praise him sun and moon,

praise him all you shining stars, praise him you highest heavens and you waters above the skies,

let them praise the name of the Lord for he commanded and they were created. He set them in place

forever and ever. He gave a decree that will never pass away. So praise the Lord from the earth,

you great sea creatures in all ocean depths, lightning in hails, snow in clouds, stormy winds that

do his bidding. You mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle,

small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and old rulers

on the earth, young men and maidens, old men and children, let them all praise the name of the Lord

for his name alone is exalted, his splendor is above the earth and the heavens and he has raised up

a horn for his people, the praise of all his saints, the people close to his heart, praise the Lord.

Did you get that and then make the connection in the very end of that song like this picture of

God whose praise resounds all over the earth, all over the world, from the heights above to the

depths beneath, from the skies to the deepest seas. God is worthy of praise from all creation and

then you get to the end and the Bible says Psalm 148 verse 14 that God's raised up for his people,

a horn, the praise of all his saints, the people close to his heart. That's us, it's you and me,

that's all of us who have trusted in Jesus who know God, who been made in his image in a way that's

different from flying birds and cattle and mountains and hills and stars and planets, you and I

made in the image of God to praise God to enjoy and exalt God in all of his glory.
