Hey, Upper Room. It's Emily Langford here, and I'm super excited about this week's podcast.

We are going to hear from our founder, senior leader Michael Miller on the core message of our

house based out of Matthew 21 that his house, Jesus' house would be called a house of prayer.

Going back to the primary activity of his house should be prayer. And

Michael goes through and defines a lot of these terms like prayer. And you'll hear later on that

he defines prayer's relationship, but his house should be one of relationship. And so we've titled

this podcast, His House, His Presence. We pray it blesses you that the leadership of Jesus would be

revealed to you through this. If you're listening and you start just get hungry to go deeper into

this topic, there are a couple of ways you can do that. One way would be that Michael actually

wrote a book titled His House's Presence. It goes through chapter on chapter, building theology, language,

and revelation around that reality. Second of all, we actually have a pastors and ministry leader

gathering happening this April 28th through 29th here in Dallas, Texas, and we are going to be

learning to surrender ourselves to the leadership

of Jesus in context of the House of Prayer. We're going to learn to step out of trying to be
