discussed caring for your team members. Now I suppose when I started in business I made the naive assumption that people work for me

You know there's a boss and then there's staff or subordinates and they work for you and they report into you. I'd say in the last decade

that's completely flipped and I believe I work for my team. Now of course if they're

all listening to this they're going to love this and send me on all their errands.

But I really do believe that my purpose is to serve my team.

Because when I serve the team and they're happy and fulfilled and moving towards their career vision and legacy.

They're going to serve our clients and customers.

They're going to help me towards my mission and therefore you know we're all going to be going in the same direction.

So I think if you switch a mindset from they serve and subordinate us to we serve and
