This is Rob Moore with hiring and recruiting legends, part one. This could even be a three-parter I believe the single biggest factor of scale of leverage

of getting more done in less time of making more money and making a difference of growing your

enterprise maybe selling it certainly making it global is the people that you have in

your business the talent the staff I believe that it's even more important

than systems, the people, because even the best systems in the world need people to operate

them.

And also I have many discussions and debates because there's quite a lot of

American entrepreneur educators that talk about the grind and the hustle and burning the midnight

oil and you're not an entrepreneur unless you work 14 hours a day.

And I'd like to challenge that thinking a little bit.

I think it's a little bit basic.

And also I had a debate just yesterday, my Elite trainer master class, where people were discussing

the difference between the sky and the soil, you know, the vision and the strategy and the

hardcore operational tactics the admin and the details that just have to get done

and what came up in the debate was that you have to earn your stripes you have to do every role yourself first and know how it works.

And again, I'm going to challenge that.
