Now, for many of us in our organizations, human resources will offer to conduct screening interviews.

And that's great.

As we recommended it for, we would also encourage, I should say, you to offer to conduct screening interviews in parallel with them.

They can do them, yes.

And again, going back to this theme, they're looking for and, frankly, equipped to look for different things than you are.
