Hey everybody, Rob Maurer here, and today we are talking about a report from Electric

on Tesla planning layoffs and a so-called hiring freeze.

We'll talk about that.

We also have increased discounting in the United States.

It looks like Tesla has bumped that credit up or that discount up ahead of quarter end.

We've also got an updated note from Morgan Stanley on Tesla and a few other items as

well.

All right, looking at the stock, Tesla down about two tenths of a percent a day, closing

at $137.57, significant on her performance to the NASDAQ up about one and a half percent.

Another high volume day for Tesla today to 144 million shares traded.

So you can see it's probably the top five volume day as we have continued to have those

high volume days for the last week and a half or so.

As we sit here, we should be getting to the end of the period of time where form fours

could be filed, so we'll refresh here and see if we've got anything yet.

But it looks like nothing yet, so that would cover us through last Friday, meaning presumably

no selling unless there's something that changes later on tonight or if a form was delayed,

no selling on Thursday or Friday from any Tesla insiders.

So of course, the big question mark is going to be Tuesday, so we'll stop to wait or

sorry, we should be through Monday then now.

The big question will be Tuesday and if we see a form four for Tuesday, Wednesday or

Thursday tomorrow evening, but Tuesday was the big under performance.

So tomorrow will be the big one to watch to see if that was related to Elon or if we
