The What is up?

Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Fudgemuppa.

This is the Elder Scrolls podcast with me, Scott, as well as Michael and Drew, as always.

And today we are talking all about the Dadrick Prince of the Hunt, Hercene. Or Her sign. There's varying interpretation, um, pronunciations. Oh, really? But I like Her scene. Well, yeah. See He has seen as well. Yeah. Yeah. I'm gonna go with Her scene. I I think I just like this. I think we're all going to

stick with her scene for this podcast. So her scene, as you said, is the Dadrick Prince of the Hunt.

So as far as Dadric princes go, his realm's not exactly evil or scary, really. It's kind of like

a part of every mortal's mind that's there, but not necessarily

in full force, this kind of desire to, you know, chase beasts and hunts. And there's even

one of his titles, I think, what does it say? He's known as half the conscience of man.

So you can kind of get like a little insight into that how he's kind of,

that's really cool. Kind of like a manifestation of that primal part of mortality that longs to,

you know, kill and survive. But he's more about the thrill of the hunt and he's quite the

the sportsman in a way, not always, but generally speaking, he likes the idea of pitting prey against

the hunter and hunter against prey. And if the prey can turn the hunt inside out, he's happy for that.

It's not like he just picks a winner and a loser. You know, he likes, he likes it to be a whole charade.

He's got his, uh, his his realm as well the hunting grounds where

you go in death to do massive great hunts eternally he's associated with all the wear

creatures as well which is super cool all the lycanthropes wear bears wear wolves wear boars and so

on yeah well there's that cool element to him So even being like half the conscience of man,

if you sort of think about that too, like the the where beast's curse, like like anthropy is sort of

like kind of that blessing is like sort of tapping them into that more primal part of things.
