to start off with this story from Victoria, British Columbia in the early 1970s. I don't know

how true the story is. I'll just be honest right off the bat, but on Halloween of 2007, there was a

caller by the name of Ron Armstrong and he called into this really popular radio show to tell his

ghost story. The DJ or on-air talent, as I'm constantly told by my DJ friends. Oh, is that the

way we're supposed to call them? Yeah, anybody can just play a record. That's what a disc jockey. Oh, but

they're on-air talent. Scott Clark tells me that all the time. Well, good. They should be. So this

on-air talent was Joe Easingwood. He was a very popular radio host with CFAX radio based in

British Columbia. So Ron Armstrong calls and he tells the story from his early days at the University

of Victoria College. Good. I like that name anyway. The University of Victoria. It does sound

sounds kind of fancy. Sounds like you have to be named Victoria to go to it. It could be. This was

like in the early 70s, like we said earlier, he said it was the start of a brand new academic year.

He had moved into the upper floor of a very old house. This house was occupied at a time by all

males. That was until a young lady by the name of Sandy, who was a friend of Ron's. She moved in.
