Part of the deal that the Republicans made after it became clear that Congress was moving in this direction.

And you've got Hillary preparing to testify first.

And this, after months of resisting.

And then tomorrow you've got Bill Clinton who's going to testify.

You could accuse the Clintons of a lot of things and probably the vast majority of things

you'd accuse them of being true.

But one thing you can't accuse them of is being dumb or politically naive.

Both of them are extraordinarily smart and they not only do they know

how the game is played, they pretty much created the rules on how the game is played. So these

two, these are very smart people. She is testifying behind closed doors. So this isn't going to be

on you can't watch it on C-SPAN today and you can't watch Bill's testimony tomorrow on C-SPAN. But they would not have agreed to this unless they had

a political strategy in place to manage and handle any potential. Well, they had a couple months to

think about it. Well, and strategize and plan for it. Keep in mind, once Hillary and Bill agreed

to do this, they actually up the ante

and requested that they do this testimony live in the chambers in front of everybody and on

television. Now, the Republicans who control this committee didn't take them up on that offer

because I'm sure they were terrified of what she might say. But this will all eventually leak out anyway.
