Less than six months ago, Ilaria Baldwin gave birth to her fourth child, her fourth in four and a half years. Baby Romeo joins older brothers Leonardo and Raphael,

sister Carmen, and Ireland,

Ilaria's 22-year-old stepdaughter.

It's safe to say that Alaria's hands and home

are pretty full these days,

and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Elaria always wanted children,

but never expected to have such a big family so fast.

With the exception of Romeo, all of her children were surprise babies, but she's used to unexpected twists.

She met her husband, Alec Baldwin, when she was out to dinner with friends, and he was seated at the next table.

She just turned 27 and had recently

opened a yoga studio, Yoga Vita, where she taught nearly every class herself. Her hands were full

already, but from the moment she started dating Alec, she knew her life was about to change.

A few weeks in, he asked her point blank if she wanted kids. He was 26 years her senior and eager to have another child.

Another big twist.

But Alaria was ready for it.

The following year, they were married and expecting their first.

Since then, Elaria has been refreshingly open in sharing her

occasionally controversial experiences and opinions on motherhood.
