have to have a natural approach to our days. A lot of us are consuming highly processed

things in our life. Now I'm not talking about food, but what is highly processed food?

Right, big Macs, you know, you go to Wendy's, you know, hot dogs, crafting, all of that

stuff. We know that has negative effects on our health, on our bodies. This can produce

diabetes and a whole gang of illnesses over time. We know highly processed foods do not

serve us, but they consume us. But today I'm not talking about the foods. Today I am talking

about the highly processed information we are consuming, the highly processed content

that we're consuming, the highly processed debates we're consuming every day online. This

highly processed content, this highly processed media is consuming us. I don't think we were

meant to take in so much information in such a short amount of time. I don't think our

psychology or human psyche has even evolved to the point to be able to handle it. Now
