Our text today comes from Isaiah chapter 60, verse 1 through 4.

The thing that I love about God's word is that it is a living word that is God breathed.

And you could have read it this morning, you could have read it yesterday last week,

the same passage, and God has another layer of revelation up under the

last one that you got so it is a living word that will speak to you wherever you are in

your life there's always life in the word of God God's word is is a power it is a

strength it grounds us and strengthens us, particularly when you go through a storm.

Every storm is a school. Every experience is an education. I mean, every test is a time of trying that God will bring us to a brand new understanding in him.

Every difficulty is ultimately designed for your development.

Isaiah chapter 60 in verse 1, notice this.

Arise, arise, arise.

I want you to just look at the first word arise God doesn't begin to do

anything in you until you change your position until you bust a move until you

get up you can't get out you have to get up in your thinking get up in your

believing get up in your hope get up in your aspirations get up in your thinking, get up in your believing, get up in your hope, get up in your aspirations, get up in your expectations of what God is going to do.

Arise!

Until you get up and come to a higher level than where you have been.

God has nothing to anoint.

Arise, arise, arise.

It is the word of resurrection.

Arise.

Lazarus, arise.
