everybody standing as we do our decree for today come on let's decree this like we mean it

everybody standing everybody on the feet come on let's decree it with us i am alive alert and aware

i am filled with vigor vigilance and valor i am equipped with with faith, hope, and love.

Our scriptural text today comes from 2 Timothy chapter 3, verse 1 through 5.

There you'll notice these words and you can see that though this was written many, many years ago,

you'll see how prophetic the word of the Lord is, and that this book

is a living book. It is a living book. And you'll see how the prophets of old were actually

speaking with a prophetic voice. And they saw us in America, over the world they saw the condition of the world

where we were and you'll notice it by these verses notice verse one you should know this

Timothy this apostle Paul writing to Timothy that in the last days there will be very difficult times can we attest

to that for people will love only themselves and their money know anybody like that they

will be boastful and proud scoffing at God disobedient to their parents and ungrateful know anybody like that

look straight ahead look straight ahead they will consider nothing sacred they will be unloving and unforgiving. They will slander others and have no self-control.

Know anybody like that? They will be cruel and hate what is good. Then they will betray their

friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God.

They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly.

Stay away from people like that. We're talking today

simply from the subject, signs of the times, signs of the time. I don't know about you,

but I'm always blown away to see the relevancy of the prophetic power of God. You don't have to try to be
