you're in a salon, if you're a commission-based salon or, you know, you still have freedom,

like a different sort of, you know what I mean? It's a very different world. So I wouldn't say

it's for everyone. I would say really be sure about it before you jump in. I mean, the word that comes to mind is accountability.

There's a tremendous amount of accountability when you're in an organization, a large organization,

especially the largest in our industry like you were.

There's eyeballs everywhere. There's eyeballs on you and you're...

And there's eyeballs on you that don't want you to be heard or seen.

It's very competitive and very political.

So you could have the best idea and this is real talk.

Somebody that's either at your level or a little above you doesn't want your idea

Especially like L'Oreal, I'm sure they all are. It's an extremely political arena and you have

to be really good at knowing how to play politics or else you're going to drown.

So you bring up something which is absolutely true, and I see it pretty regularly, that people have their little fiefdoms, and the company wants new ideas.
