Mike McCarthy is out, expected to be a candidate for the Bears and Saints.

Jerry Jones releasing a statement on social media that before they even started talking contracts,

they decided it was better to go in their own separate way. Sounds like a real breakup.

Where do you think the cowboys go from here?

I would, I'm going to throw a name out there that I don't think they'll consider, but I think would be great.

It would be Brian Flores.

I think that Brian Flores, you need to have your quarterback in place.

You do. He would install a culture. I think what he's done in Minnesota is great.

I don't think he'd be a fit everywhere, just given what we've heard from people

who played for that dolphin seem, he can be really tough, but I think that could be good for

the Cowboys. So that's what I think they should do now that Brable's gone, Belchick's on coming,

all that stuff. But the more I've thought about this over the last four hours, this is just another disaster class in management by the Cowboys.

And by the way, I agree with moving on for Mike McCarthy.

But they somehow want, just like the DAC Prescott contract, they had three possible options and somehow they created a fourth one which was the worst of all of them.

Pay him top of the market and do it as late as possible and undermine him with the team and cause his free agents.

With Mike McCarthy, cut him loose immediately, bring him back immediately.

Johnson before he interviews other people. Don't interview Mike Brable. Don't send signals a month

ago to Bill Belichick. That was weird. All of it. And then also let it out in the public
