was a deal of the century. It was such a great deal, but it was a little bit different than what I normally offer.

Now, this was three units. It was a triplex in the Quad Cities, specifically Rock Island, Illinois, and it was a unique property to

Cashflow Savi because I am huge on three bedroom units

and if they're multi families I like them to be two units.

But this was a unique property because of the three units.

One of them was a two bedroom one bath.

One of them was a one bedroom one bath.
